I moved houses in Tokyo and went to buy new stuff, my buddies helped me out but we had some serious space problem…

Our good friend and fellow racecar driver Andre Couto (Super GT 500, WTCC) has a real cool 6 year old son, Afonso.

Afonso has leukemia and urgently needs a bone marrow transplant. Its very sad but its possible to help if he finds a matching blood donor, which is not easy to find but, possible! The only way to help is to promote donors for him to get more chances to find a matching partner and in that way also help a lot of kids diagnosed with leukemia.

Today I finally found some time and good wether to take my new bike for a spin!

What a fantastic ride! The forests around south of Brussels are a real paradise for mountain bikers. I enjoyed it so much so I kept going for about 3 hours. Loved it and felt great!

Off to Seefeld tomorrow for some more sweating!

After the Okayama Gt test we are now back again in Suzuka for the final GT test before the first race.

We got some valuable  data for our new front aero parts and also picked out tires for the race week end.

Everything is feeling good, just need to get it all together for the race! east to say but sometimes hard to do…

With this great racing program I’m probably gonna go around the globe a couple of times this year , if you follow me, you know that, in addition to the Japanese Super GT and Formula Nippon series, I joined Audi Sport for the Legendary Le Mans 24h race in France and the Spa 1000 km (Belgium). The races haven’t started yet but everything is already rolling with tests, meetings, fitness camps, etc…

So i have been jumping between Japan, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and now I just got back form a week in Florida. All within a couple weeks… The great thing is that, wherever I go, Im working with great people and drive awesome cars! Wether its in Japan with team TOM’S or with my new german team I just started to test drive with in Sebring for the Le Mans race preparations.  It was the first time for me to drive the R15 TDI and I enjoyed every single lap with it. It was also the first time I shared the car with my new team mates and that was real cool to, I feel very fortunate to share the car with Ben, we became nice friends over the 7 years racing in Japan, these things don’t happen so often in life! Lucky! Also, I got to know Marcel Fassler better and I can see that we will be a great trio! Cant wait to be back in the car! I love my job!
